For those wondering or haven’t received the rejection email here’s what mine said:
What happened
F5695-036 - If Form 5695, 'HomeLocatedInUSAInd' or 'OriginalUserInd' or 'FiveYearUseExpectationInd' have a choice of "No" indicated, then 'HomeAddress' must not have a value.
F5695-007-04 - If Form 5695, 'HomeAddress' has a value, then 'HomeLocatedInUSAInd' and 'OriginalUserInd' and 'FiveYearUseExpectationInd' must have a choice of "Yes" indicated.
All these fields were left blank. Did I answer these questions? Yes. Did there system leave them blank and not input my address? Yes. Do I trust their system to file my return properly now? NO. They need to refund anyone asking for one. This doesn’t even effect me as I am military and get to file for free but I am angry and frustrated for everyone.
