I was told to wait two weeks too and the Rep either couldn’t or they just refused to tell me what I was waiting two weeks for. This whole thing is just weird. I have a regular bank but I’ve used prepaid cards in the past and I have never been randomly asked to verify my information or my account will be closed. I could see saying your acct has been inactive for a year and so ur acct is being closed or something like that. It would have made more sense to have people verify when they eventually tried to log in especially now since it’s tax season and Credit Karma knows people will be using the accounts. I’m seeing that they are closing accounts that have money in them. It’s just crazy and an unethical practice.
