No, you can't stop a tax return that was e-filed, even if it is your information.
You can fix the problem. Exactly how you do that, depends on what happened. If this is not a fraudulent return, you need to wait until the return is accepted, or rejected.

If someone else filed a return using your information without your permission, you need to complete Form 14039 to let the IRS know there's a potential problem. Get started here.
Complete Form 14039 and follow any other instructions you get form the IRS in a letter. The IRS won't call you, text you, or send you an email as the first contact.
