Circling back here to provide my update. Filed with TT on 2/7 and I'm still stuck on pending as of 2/11.
If you go back into Form 5695 you can see that there are numerous questions that were left blank due to TT's internal issue. You can fill in all the blanks, but those changes will not be saved and transmitted.
I just redid my taxes with H&R Block. I submitted it and got an immediate rejection notification because I forgot to hyphenate a name on my return. I resubmitted it and it was accepted within one minute of filing and is visible on WMR on the IRS website.
Why doesn't TT have any instant rejection notifications? Wild.
Turbo Tax just lost this long time customer.
