I e-filed my federal taxes on February 8th at 9:27 AM, EST with form 5695 and I’m still in pending status, which is frustrating due to no status update.
Usually in the past after completing my federal taxes, it’s accepted by the IRS within an hour at most. It’s not that I’m impatient. I’m just concerned because it’s not the norm.
TurboTax is not being entirely transparent with whether or not, they truly did transmit or if there is a possible issue on their end or if it’s just on backlog with the IRS.
I checked the IRS tracker and it states that they have not received my tax return so I’m not sure what to do? TurboTax likes to blame the IRS but the IRS does not have my taxes…
