After you file

I’m on the phone with an agent now. He’s waiting on a response from his “work chat” to see if any other agents have had calls from us about this becasue he’s not seeing a lot of documentation on his end of complaints. I’m reading him comments from this threat and he said “yeah, that seems like a TT issue and doesn’t look good for us losing business when they file elsewhere.” If you have time, call them and make your complaint heard and documented. Not sure what this guy can do to help but he is making his people aware. Also, I asked if he could pull my return and re-submit and he said as far as he knows he cannot… I’ll update if anything else useful happens
