Run around with the IRS for 6 months to find out that they sent my Fed return to Green Dot bank. IRS told me to follow up with TurboTax. I talked to a customer service rp at TurboTax who told me that can't occur and finally talked to a TurboTax supervisor who agreed on GreenDot was TurboTax bank and that I should call them as problems like this happen all the time and Oh well good luck!
I expressed my frustration with having to chase this refund after doing my due diligence and the fact that TurboTax just washes their hands.
Horrible customer service. 5 years of using TurboTax and NO MORE!!!!!
