yes, I agree. Makes absolutely no sense at all how they can't verify a person's identity like any other app or Bank or you know institution does I definitely feel like TurboTax needs to drop them because they obviously don't want to do their job!! @alaskagirl64 you know?! Because all my information on both sites is literally exactly the same so I don't understand it and I was chatting live for a long time on Credit Karma's site. After the 4th and final transfer, like they were trying to avoid me 🤔🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ I just think TurboTax could do better with this situation. My taxes are on hold now 🙄😤until Im calling to speak to a supervisor tomorrow.
