Credit karma--I just got off the chat and he said even if I call and talk to them on the phone they still can't verify my identity, or send a picture of my license?? He said noo!! 😡 I said well that doesn't even make sense because I'm trying to get the advance as well. PLEASE ANYBODY WITH A LOGICAL BRAIN THAT HAS KIND OF SENSE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW THAT EVEN MAKES ANY TYPE OF SENSE?!?!🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ 🤣 ♀️i qualify for everything else all my information matches with the TurboTax nothing has changed so it doesn't make sense and I've ended up with no answers whatsoever it doesn't make sense at all I'm very frustrated. It's not even TURBO TAX FAULT!! Just wish they'd make it a little more convenient and let us choose the account we want the advance to avoid situations like this! 🥴💀
