So this was a mass event?
I was told I was closed because they couldn’t reach me in November to verify me. But yet it didn’t match the 60 day policy. So constant different information is being given out. And I was told the 15 day period was suppose to be waived along with old accounts being given back and yet that’s being denied even tho I was told that by a rep of TurboTax. Yall are gonna lose tons of business because of this. It’s insane the blame game that’s happening. I need my account back so I can re do my taxes and get my advance. Every year I have no problem, and now thanks to yall partnering with them instead of using the turbo card.
