I just filed a couple hours ago today and was hopeful I’d be able to fix it before it got to the IRS. I’m hoping I’ll be able to amend the return through TurboTax as I have no idea how to do that and have never had this problem before. I’m assuming I’ll see the option on TurboTax once the IRS accepts the return and I receive part of my refund ? So far I know my federal return was accepted while my state is still pending. I do very much appreciate your response as it’s relieved a bit of the stress I’ve been having all morning once I realized I messed it up.
