On the very last step of my turbo tax, it says “Because of the selections you've made, our banking partner(s) needs your residency info.” But my info is correct???
All of my info is correct. I’ve been using turbo tax since 2015, all my info the same, and I have never had this issue. What is the deal? It won’t give me any other information on why this is happening. I am a US citizen. My information I’ve input is correct. I’m not sure what to do but it will not allow me to move forward.
