I was approved for the Refund Advance and it validated my credit karma. I check on it a couple days later and the account has been closed. Is there a way I can fix this?

I have tried to call into Credit Karma and they can't tell me why the account was closed. I try to contact turbo tax and it is out of there hands even though in my eyes it is there fault for the system approving a bank account that was closed without my knowledge. So what will happen to my refund now?
