What kind of 1098 or do you mean a 1099-INT? All you need to enter for bank interest is the:
- bank name (does not need to be in the list, you are not going to import it - just type it in), and
- the amount of interest goes in Box 1.
If you are referring to a different form, please advise. What if I didn't get Form 1099-INT from my bank?
