If I owe the irs money from 2022 , will I still get a federal and state refund or just a state refund? Will they take my entire federal refund even tho I only owe $300 ?

Additionally it says my federal refund was supposed to be $1850 but I owe $315… so will they just take the $315 and I get the rest or they will take my entire federal refund and I’ll only get the state.
