Just an FYI to anyone else that has this problem. It was a problem on turbo taxes end. Turbotaxwill was completely wrong and full of crap. It took multiple fb messages followed by 2 phone calls and an hour and 20 minutes on the phone but turbo tax did eventually figure out the issue and transmitted my returns on February 6th.
