The ''done'' message is probably telling you that you have already went through that section, which is fine. Don't hit the Submit My Taxes button until everything is entered. As mentioned above, you can go back in at anytime (before you submit) and make changes or add W-2s. Once you hit the Submit My Taxes button, your ability to edit the return is gone unless the return is rejected.
When you sign in, you should land on the Tax Home page and see the status of your tax return. And as long as you have not sent the return yet, you will be able to click on the Income section and add your W-2 by choosing Edit.
