Turbotax may have permanently deleted it. It only keeps 6 years like the iRS. 2017-2022. however there is a possibility you used a different account in 2016.
in the future, I recommend saving a PDF copy on your computer and a thumb drive in case your computer goes to that electronics graveyard in the sky.
