I filled my taxes through TurboTax in April of 2023. I was charged for filling the taxes; however, I still have not received my refunds and the IRS website says that I didn’t file. How could I be charged for filling taxes by Intuit with no returns? What our my next steps? It is difficult to get a hold on the IRS.
