Well I tried and have been trying sense early January. I called the IRS and requested they send them a letter. I received my letter copy but still haven't received my W2. They are out of state. Now I have to fill out a 4852 form which I can't do online. Which is why my original question was asked because the amount I got is less than half. But this is also first time filling it out and mailing it in not sure if I am doing it right.
