After you file
I called Turbo Tax. They told me that this is an existing issue. They said that they attached my ticket to the existing issue and was told that I would get an email when the issue was resolved. I was told this would be in a couple of days. So I will try again on 12/7 and follow up with them if I still see the same issue.
