I was charged $80 for the package to file my friend's late taxes (2022) and then I get to the end of filing it tells me that the deadline is passed to file electronically. I have to mail it. So, why did they "sell" me a product that I would end up having to mail the return???? I could've handwritten it for FREE!!!
