After you file

I tried but the assistant wasn't understanding what I wrote.  She said I couldn't open it on Turbo Tax Desktop 2022 because I hadn't bought it.  I know that.  She suggested I clear my browsing.  Log out of everything.  Make sure I'm not logged in 2 places at once.  I'm not.  I only use this computer.  I didn't clear Chrome but I did use Edge and cleared that one.  Still nothing.
