After you file
If you file before the filing deadline, the filing date of record is the filing deadline, not the date the date you actually filed or the date the IRS processed your tax return. I suspect that you are in an area (in California) that has had the tax filing deadline changed to November 2023 and filed after that change to the filing deadline was made by the IRS.
(This is different than filing on extension after the filing deadline. In that case the filing date of record is the date that the tax return is actually filed.)
