Need to amend my 2021 GA state taxes. In 2021 lived in Florida all year. GA Company HR dept. deducted GA taxes in 2021. In 2021 I paid $6,066 and HR deducted $10,000 that went to GA IRS. Am I entitled to $16,066 and how do I amend my erroneously filed GA taxes? Do I also have to amend the federal taxes?
