Yes I have a license code. The software installed fine. The problem occurs when trying to run it. It displays a generic error screen that says: "oops something went wrong and TurboTax will close."
The screen asks for my email to send the report but alas there is no error number/reference.
I've tried:
- Uninstalled/reinstalled
- Downloaded the installation .exe three times (same file)
- Attempted the re-install/repair option
- Did all of the above running as an administrator.
Previous versions still run fine and ironically install updates.
I know it's still early but as a small business owner, I like to be pro-active.
