I don't think TurboTax keeps tax returns that far back. If you did not save PDFs of your tax returns yourself, you should be able to get copies of your 2016 and 2017 tax returns by submitting Form 4506 to the IRS. There is a fee of $43 for each return. The form says that copies of returns are available for 7 years from when they are filed, so if you filed your 2016 tax return in early 2017 it should be available for another few months. It also says it might take up to 75 days for the request to be processed, so you should submit your request right away.
