So I claimed my oldest but my boyfriend claimed our newborn who was born in December 2018. I worked for a tax assistant last year and she said as long as baby was born before Jan 1st 2019 a baby is eligible to be claimed . Our baby was December and my boyfriend has his DDD for tomorrow. That’s odd they are saying that . Any tax preparer will tell you the baby is eligible to claim
