I have an issue where my bank account information was correct, but I selected "checking" instead of "savings" and my refund was not direct deposited. I have called and emailed TPG at their number an email address below. After validating my information I was told that there has been fraud on my account and that my refund would be sent back to the IRS in 10-12 weeks. I am not only missing this years refund but also last years refund. Why does Intuite partner with a company that a horrendous ration in customer service? I need to talk with a live to get me money back. Why didn't TPG send me a check if they couldnt' deposit my money? I have used TT for over 10 years, I will never use this service again if I cant get this resolved.
