It worked PERFECT. i called and actually spoke with someone without waiting and they said there was a mix up and my application got stuck between departments so the guy since it's been a while he's just going to push it through and get me the refund. A few weeks later I got my refund deposited into my account. I really appreciate your advice. Thanks again!
