I found the box that points me to prior year returns. I used the online system and not the CD. I clicked on 2018 (the year I need) and then it said "Download PDF". Then a screen pops up that says that I didn't pay to access prior year returns and then it provides me with a link to purchase a product. I need the return so I clicked the link to try and pay and I am just taken to another screen that doesn't have any products to purchase in order to access prior year returns. I cant be the only person that needed a return that was filed in the past....
