Is there a deadline for 2022 tax return to be refunded by the IRS? Tax topic 152 does not give much info. Why is there no way to get answers from the IRS?

I filed my tax return in January and have not received my refund. I have probably one of the easiest returns the IRS has to deal with. I am a student with no job. It's as simple as it gets. I should be getting my student refund and don't know what could be taking so long. I have tried everything to get some answers and it seems impossible.
