HELP! I need to file an amended 2021 and 2022 tax return. Both were completed through TurboTax downloads via Amazon to personal laptop. My operating system crashed, then recovered both 2021 and 2022 tax records.
However, there is NO area showing to select an amended return. Prior to the crash of my operating system, I was able to select an amended return. The current shows my taxes were accepted as f-filed.
HELP - how do I amend the return without the option to select, "Amend the return"?
