Yes - they paid me too much! The overpayment matches an estimated tax payment I made to cover a Roth conversion. Guess I should have mentioned this in the original post. But I entered this payment into my tax return using TurboTax Instructions for Roth Conversions. I then had a TurboTax expert review what I had done (because it was tricky). So don't know what happened! Yes - I e-filed - so not much room for entry errors. Thanks so much for the help!
