xmasbaby0 - you are amazing! I don't know how you figured this out, but I followed your directions, and in about 4 minutes I was connected with a very kind IRS agent named Mr. Matthews. He took my information, went offline to research it, came back in a couple of minutes and solved my problem perfectly. I have spent a crazy amount of time going through menu after menu, trying to reach a real person, so don't give up, try this, it works. (I'm keeping it for future reference, just in case :-))
