But I only stumbled into this community chat because intuit TurboTax had so cleverly hidden access to the Audit Defense I’ve been paying for annually but had never before had a reason to use. After resolutely rousting about in the Customer Support section for over ½ hour and leaving that post which you so kindly responded to, I found a phone # which turned out to link to a customer support service (NOT the audit defense service I’ve paid for) that had already closed for the day. (8:30 pm EDT)  After all, who ever heard of TurboTax customers wrestling with tax issues after hours??  Keeping a shift of 20 customer support staff working after hours would cost Inuit $300-400/hour, which would cut into their quarterly profits.
