I have been calling SBTG but does not recognize my zip code since I am stationed overseas. mine is 4k+ short, but according to IRS transcript, the amount indicated is all the same with the one that was filed and approved, no back debts, to payments owed to nothing how do you explain that?
this is the 1st time I encountered this entity for more than a decade.
Please clarify this to me. TIA
