Sorry, to be more clear, I did not choose to file by mail. I filed electronically but TurboTax in the final window that popped up said even though the return was filed electronically I had to print "something" that was not specified and mail it in. However, the button to print the forms immediately popped up an error that said TurboTax could not print at this time and to try again later. I tried for several hours and it never worked. So my question is, how do I get back to that particular pop-up window and try again to print the needed documents?
