I am unsure what you mean by drated, on my credit card account it states it is pending. I may have been able to answer my own question and maybe you can confirm. It sounds like the charges are possibly "hold" charges and will be dismissed once the failures are finalized in their processing. So it does sound like I still need to send the payment in for the amount owed on the final form that was accepted.
