Even though 2021 federal taxes were excepted, I received ID verification notices a o completed them and I still haven't gotten my refund?

I went through alot S/S number ID number, 2forms of picture ID, video conference call to IRS credit cards, home bills , mortgage bills, driver's license,  bank acc. Info, alot  and I still haven't gotten my federal
