You can open the 2019 TurboTax file using the Home and Business software. Once you have it open and verify that the tax due or refund amount agrees with the return that you submited, you can begin the amendment process. You will see this option in the Other Tax Situations menu option, then Other Tax Forms, then Amend a return. It would be wise to save the return under a different name before you start the amended return in case you need to start over for some reason.
