If you have already filed and it was rejected, you should be able to make changes. Like xmasbaby states add the W2 under Personal Income, Wages, then add W2; you can either import if available or type in manually. After all documents or forms have been entered check for errors, then file again. The IRS will reject you if all forms sent to IRS aren't entered on your tax return, that should be.
