Form 8453 mailed to IRS austin with USPS tracking. why tracking status show office closed at 145pm weekday to receive it?

i used priority mail to send the needed documents and tracking status says it is closed at 145pm to receive mail. I had some wash sales in stock and it need PDF documents on transactions to be mailed separately vs email
