It appears you took an early IRA distribution which is included in your Federal adjusted gross income. This gets reported on your California return.
First, revisit the IRA distribution section in "Wages & Income" to make sure you enter your IRA distributions correctly if applicable.
If you did not take an early IRA distribution and want to delete Form 5329, see the steps below: However, if you did take the distribution, you will need to paper file your California return as instructed.
To delete form 5329 for TurboTax online follow these instructions:
- At the top of your page hover over "My Account"
- Click on "Tools"
- Click on "Delete A Form"
- Scroll down and find "Form 5329" and click on delete next to it.
