Thank you for responding. To be clear I am using the desktop version Deluxe. I have only one account according to the link you provided. I tried signing in under File on the application but get the same result when I file. I file, I get the confirmation screen that returns were sent, but the check status screen says I have not yet filed my returns. I have used TT for 20 years and have never had this issue.

 

One year TT refused to allow me the correct HSA contribution limit for that year (I was absolutely sure I had the correct year installed and I had updated it many times). Nobody could answer my issue on this community and I went out and bought a second CD, reinstalled, opened the exact same file I created with the first CD and then it was fine. Inexplicable (and expensive). I am wondering if this is another one of those.

 

I'm running out of time struggling with this. I would just print everything and mail it but it delays refund and is not allowed for software prepared returns. I'm stuck.
