No, TT is wrong. When I started the amended returned (no corrections yet) it showed tax refund for federal of $0, but an amount (equal to my donation on the State return) of refund owed to me from the state. Both the federal and the state refund tax should be at $0 since both my submittals were accepted, and I received my refunds.
When I entered my corrections, that same amount (what I had previously donated with my original submittal), showed up as if the state owed my that money that I had donated. TT has to be wrong. If you still think you are right, give me more details...
