The addresses for IRS for people living in PA and CA are different.
In 2020, I filed in PA but now I am in CA - do I file my 1040x to the same office that looked at my 1040 in 2021? or to the IRS office in my home state now?
Same as for filing 2018 8606 - I was in a different state back then compared to now.
Since I want to receive my 2020 refund at the CA address, do I file my 1040x to the CA IRS address instead of PA IRS address that processed my 1040?
