After you file
One of the requirements for your parents to be able to claim you at all, is that you live in their home more than half the year. Temporary absence to attend school is considered to be time lived with them.
The issue here is if you are "temporary absent" or not. If your parents home is still your home where you return when not in school and intend to return to when school is over then it could be considered to be temporary. However, if you have moved out with no intention to return to live there and have changed your address then it would be problematic for your parents to claim you and declare on their tax return that you lived with them more than half the tax year.
