I have used turbo tax for the past 5 years and this was never done before. Why am I getting charges to file with you and they are charging filing fees as well, more than what turbo taxed charged. How?? I didnt file with them! This is not right. They took basically my whole return. I did not see anywhere when I filed a page that stated they would take the remainder of my refund. I seen a page that stated there would be an additional fee to efile. Which I have pd every year. Now i am seeing there are thousands of other turbo tax customers who are going through the same thing and they were unaware as well. Who can that be?? Over 1000 people all overlooked the same thing? No way! Can you send me a link to that form??
