I filed my taxes and paid $172.00 in fees to turbo tax. I was suppose to recieve $271.61 refund, that was minus the fees. Recieved my refund today and it was for $89.00!! After contacting the IRS, I DO NOT have any offsets, they stated the return should be $271.61. Now, I am finding out that your 3rd party company took $181.64 in there own fees! They are stating it is filing fees...how is that possible when I paid turbo tax to file. This is literally stealing money for services not rendered with this company. If that is the case then I should recieve a refund from turbo tax for the $172.00 fee they charged me to file. This is not right!
